ItsyBitsy Yoga was developed with natural learning stages of the Child in mind. It incorporates applied Kinesiology, verbal and physical encouragements, and movements to help the Child's body and mind to explore, learn, and grow. As a soon-to-be-a-Mom, I took this course from Helen Garabedian, Founder of ItsyBitsy Yoga, in April, 2007. I found the training very dynamic, creative, and fun. There are a lot of singing, engaging of eye contacts and encouragement, rocking, skipping, hopping, clapping, crawling, and many other giggly and wiggly activities that will surely delight you and your Child. I hope you can join me for these fun classes. Special Thanks goes out to all of you parents and boys and girls who participated in ItsyBitsy Yoga during this Summer of 2007. Please stay tuned for future classes in 2008. Special Special Thanks goes out to Denise at W.Brookfield Library for hosting a Tot and a Tykes class. Thank you Denise.
